At PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. ("we", "us", "our"), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains transparently how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Dream Logic mobile application (the "App").
By downloading and using Dream Logic, you accept the practices and terms described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide personalized dream interpretations, manage your account, and ensure the technical operation of the App.
A. Information you provide to us
- Account Information: When you register or link an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are managed and encrypted directly by our secure authentication provider; we do not have access to your password.
- User Content: We collect the text of the dreams you voluntarily enter into the application. If you use the voice dictation feature, the audio is processed locally on your device to convert it to text; we do not store or upload audio recordings to our servers—only the final transcribed text.
- Support Data: If you contact our support team, we collect your email address and the content of your message to resolve your inquiry.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device Data: We collect technical identifiers necessary for the operation of the app, such as device type, operating system, time zone, and language settings.
- Transaction Data: If you purchase a subscription, we process purchase history and subscription status ("Premium") through our payment managers.
Note: We do not store or process your financial information (credit card numbers or bank accounts). All transactions are processed and secured directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Use of Information
We use your data exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:
- Core Functionality (AI): Process the text of your dreams using Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate psychological, spiritual, and dictionary-of-symbols-based analyses.
- Account Management: Authenticate your identity, save your journal in the cloud, and sync your dreams across your different devices.
- Subscription Management: Verify your "Premium" status and unlock advanced features.
- Improvement and Maintenance: Analyze technical errors (bugs), send updates, and improve the stability and performance of the application.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with external service providers that are strictly necessary for the operation, maintenance, and security of the App. These providers process the data under our instructions and are subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
We share data with the following categories of providers:
Cloud Infrastructure and Authentication
We use secure hosting services to store our databases and manage user registration. These providers process your email, user ID, and the text of dreams (securely stored).
Artificial Intelligence Models
To generate interpretations, we send the dream text to providers of advanced language models. This process is anonymous: we do not share your identity, name, or email with these models—only the dream text for analysis.
Subscription Managers
We use technical tools to validate purchase receipts and synchronize your "Premium" status across your devices. These services process only an anonymous user ID and the technical transaction history (expiration dates and plan type).
Maintenance Services
To ensure the app works properly, we use services that allow us to send security updates and technical improvements ("Over-The-Air"). These services may process basic technical data from your device, such as the operating system and the app version.
Important Note about Payments: All financial transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Neither PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. nor our infrastructure providers have access to your banking data or your credit card number.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data (dream journal and profile) only for as long as you maintain an active account with us.
Your Deletion Rights (Right to Erasure)
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you have full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, without needing to contact support, directly from the App:
- Go to the Profile / Settings screen.
- Select the "Delete Account" option.
- Confirm the action.
Consequences: By confirming this action, your authentication account will be permanently deleted and all your data stored on our servers (including your dream history and preferences) will be irreversibly erased.
5. Children's Privacy
Dream Logic is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will proceed to delete such information from our servers as soon as possible.
6. Data Security
The security of your information is our priority. We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption to protect data transmission between your device and our servers. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% foolproof.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements in our services or changes in legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
